- You may not use a username that infringes on another person’s rights or is offensive, vulgar, or obscene.
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the termination of Your Account.

5. Copyright Policy & DMCA Compliance

6. Orders & Payment Terms
By placing an Order for Products, You confirm that:
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
- You provide accurate billing and payment information.
- You authorize Us to share Your payment details with third-party processors.
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel Orders due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.
- Refuse transactions suspected of fraud or illegal activity.
Accepted payment methods include STRIPE, PayPal, and other authorized platforms.
7. Membership & Subscription Terms
7.1 Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
- All subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Monthly fees are non-refundable. Annual fees may be refunded at HGMLS’s discretion.
- Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of access.
8. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
- The Company’s total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount You paid for the Service, whichever is lower.
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to You.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
The laws of New York State govern these Terms. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in New York courts.
10. Termination & Enforcement
HGMLS may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, You must remove any proprietary MLS content obtained through the Service.
11. Modifications to Terms
HGMLS may update these Terms at its discretion. We will notify users at least 30 days before implementation if changes are material.
